Age Restricted Community

Butterfield Village is a 55+ age restricted community. This provides residents a like-minded age group without the annoyances that members of diverse age communities are forced to tolerate.

No Income Restrictions

Butterfield Village is an ideal place for the senior who wants low maintenance, easy-care living, but does not qualify for the typical low-income senior apartments. Our affordable cottages give seniors the opportunities to rent and still enjoy the same amenities as when they owned their home.

Fenced in Dog Park

Many seniors find companionship with their dogs and want to enjoy the outdoors with them in a safe, secure area. Our Fenced in Dog Park provides a bench for the owner and a grass covered play area for the dog. This gives residents an area where they can take their dog off its leash and not have to leave the community.

Concrete Walking Paths

Butterfield Village provides solid walking paths for residents to use when they would like to step outside and get some exercise.

Garden

Butterfield Village was planned with the garden enthusiast in mind. We have included a cottage garden and walking path complete with benches for the resident who enjoys sitting in a garden without the hassle of taking care of one!

Covered Pavilion and Picnic Area

A covered pavilion and picnic area gives residents a nice place to enjoy the outdoors and visit with family and friends.

Security Lights
